Absolutely loved the posh decor and the fluffy pillows at the motel. The road noise and inconvenient entrance definitely added a touch of excitement to my stay.

The bathroom door handle being the wrong way round was just the icing on the cake of my unforgettable experience.

Modern hotel, facilities were good and the staff were outstandingly accommodating! Location: the property was right by TSB Stadium, supermarkets and New Plymouth and Egmont Motor Lodge. The service was efficient, no complains at all.

I had an amazing stay. I stayed here 1 night and loved it. The rooms were reasonably large and good sized with the bedroom, very comfy lounge chairs plus super comfy beds, just what was needed. The location of the hotel was favourable, next to state highway 3.

The friendly host provided helpful recommendations for transportation and wifi access. The clean and tidy room had ample parking and a convenient bus route nearby. Would definitely stay again.

During my recent stay at a motor lodge, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly attitude of the host. They went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations for getting around the city and accessing the free wifi. The room itself was clean and tidy, with ample parking available. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and proximity to the city center and beautiful Pukekura Park. The comfortable bed and spa bath were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to state highway 3, close to a park, and close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with milk on check-in and giving us helpful recommendations for the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with daily service. We particularly enjoyed the spa bath and the fully equipped kitchen. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. And the price was excellent for the quality of the room.

We did have some issues with condensation in the room. The windows were really wet, which was not ideal.
